A Study on the Sabbath

The Sabbath is not merely a day off or a religious custom—it is the heartbeat of creation itself. From the very beginning, YHWH set apart the seventh day as holy, weaving it into the very fabric of time as a covenantal sign between Himself and His people. It is a day of rest, yes, but more than that—it is a day of return, of realignment, of stepping out of the noise of human striving and back into the rhythm of the Creator. To honor the Sabbath is to acknowledge YHWH as both Maker and Master, and to enter into the sanctuary of time that He Himself sanctified.
