The Plastic Problem

Married to a Delusion?

Introduction

It’s cheap. It’s convenient. It’s everywhere. Plastic—man’s synthetic substitute—has crept into every corner of our world, and sadly, into every corner of our worship. This teaching isn’t about the environment; it’s about the counterfeit. Just as plastic mimics what is real but lacks the weight, the texture, and the life of true material, so too has modern religion wrapped itself in imitation. Plastic smiles, plastic sermons, plastic faith—shiny on the outside, hollow at the core. In a world full of substitutes, we must ask: Where is the genuine? YHWH never called us to follow plastic truth, plastic love, or plastic holiness. He calls us back to what is pure, weighty, and real. This message will peel away the glossy coating of religion and reveal what lies beneath. Because the time has come to stop playing with molded imitations—and return to the living substance of the Torah.
